1.Can't pick up water during self-clean mode?
☆Please make sure that the pre-filter is installed properly, DWT is not full, and make sure the CWT is filled to at least 1/3.

2.Without any reaction when press self-clean button.
☆Please make sure battery is adequate. Please make sure the unit is in charging status.
